Being built on top of voiceboard and text-to-speech technologies, X-FonServer™ is a voice self-service
platform (IVR, ACD and Call Transfer) over the telephone. It enables many voice-interactive applications over
the landline and mobile phones, such as phone transaction, information lookup, event notification,
statistical surveys and status report. Utilizing the power of phone and IP networks,
X-FonServer™ may access to the data resources located in database, files, knowledgebase, e-mail,
voicemail, website and even legacy systems.
Nowadays, mobile and fixed-line telephone services are extrememly popular among common people,
and voice self-service applications are phone hardware-independent, and require no extra software install
on client-side, X-FonServer™ can deliver a wide range of voice automation applications for enterprises
and organizations.

(2) X-Qnet™
X-Qnet™ is an all-in-one multi-functional server box where a set of voice-based enterprise applications
(built on top of X-FonServer™, X-Guardian™, web server and database) work together to provide the
following services with a single server machine:
telephone service hotline(i.e. IVR plus live agent service), automatic password reset,
time-tracking and attendance management, identity authentication, directory and profile management with web
interface.
Software requirements:
- Operating System: microsoft windows 2000/XP/2003;
- Application Servers: Fondian X-FonServer™ and X-Guardian™;
- Web Server: Tomcat/Apache/IIS with Java JDK 1.5+ installed;
- Database: MySQL, MS SQL Server (database servers from other vendors may also be supported);
Hardware requirements:
- Computer: Server or Industrial Personal Computer with PCI slots;
- Voiceboard: Dialogic or Donjin.
